E-Techco Group has started setting up its R&D and HQ base in Jiangsu ,total investment will be about 70 million USD according to the release from investors.The project will increase monthly output capacity to 1 million pcs of accessories and handsets for E-Techco Group after the new HQ base has been built up in 3 years from 2011.
